1) It is requested to ensure that the applications are made under the relevant sections as applicable, and the scanned copies of all the required documents are uploaded with due care. In case of incomplete submissions /incorrect applications your applications are liable to be summarily rejected, in which case you may have to apply afresh after rectifying the defects.
2) Upon completion of the online process, the applicants are requested to take a printout of Form 13 (four pages, without any annexure) and submit the same to the jurisdictional assessing officer's tapal counter, after duly signing it.
3) No personal hearing is expected during the process.
4) As per the Citizens' Charter of the IT Department, the applications will be decided within a time period of 30 days .
